Hi, I’m Rachel Sanderson, founder of Flourish with Rachel. I have a background in accountancy, spent 20 years running a modelling and talent agency and school, and have also served in State Parliament.
My business has two key areas. The first is wellness retreats for adults, couples, mothers and daughters, and teams, designed to help people step away from the pressures of everyday life, reconnect, restore and focus on their wellbeing.
The second is children’s and teen programs, where I run confidence-building courses, holiday workshops and leadership activities that help young people develop life skills, self-belief, resilience and practical skills in a supportive environment.
Everything I offer is about helping people flourish, whether that is through building confidence, creating connection or making time for self-care.
