To cancel your membership with Tammy’s Table, two weeks’ notice is required. If the required notice is not given, your membership payment is due in full.
Upon cancellation, your seat will become available to someone else and you will be removed from our private Facebook Group and Member Directory, and will no longer receive event and coaching discounts.
Holding Membership Option:
Going away for a while? The Holding Membership reserves your seat for one quarter.
You will be unable to attend meetings but can interact in the private Facebook Group and continue to receive event and coaching discounts.
Holding Membership costs $75 plus GST per quarter and is available for one quarter per calendar year.
Missed Meetings:
Your payment secures your seat for the quarter.
You can Table Hop to another meeting within the same calendar month if you are unable to attend a meeting. No refunds or credits are provided for missed meetings.
Substitutes cannot be sent to replace you at meetings as it takes time to develop trust and confidentiality within the group.
Table Hopping:
Regular attendance at your Table helps build stronger connections and trust, creating a better experience for you and the members at your Table. While it’s great to meet others in the community, we also host networking events throughout the year for broader connections.
If you need to Table Hop due to a scheduling conflict, please try to do so within the same calendar month to avoid repeating the same topic.
Table Hopping is designed for unavoidable conflicts or unforeseen events, with only one Table Hop seat available per meeting. If you register and can’t attend, please cancel via the link in your confirmation email so someone else can take the spot.
