I have always believed that running a business shouldn’t be lonely.
I started my first business over 20 years ago. I grew that business from a one-woman operation into a thriving, award winning, multi-million dollar company. Like many business owners, I initially wore all the hats and made plenty of mistakes along the way. But I also invested in support. Getting a business coach early on helped me step back, think bigger, and build a business that didn’t depend on me working 60+ hours a week.
In 2019 I sold my business to the first person I approached and semi-retired at the age of 45.
Since selling, I’ve made it my mission to support other business owners to do the same – to create something sustainable, profitable and aligned with the life they actually want.
Tammy’s Table was born from this idea.
It started small – just a handful of business owners meeting around a table, having honest chats about what was working and what wasn’t. Over time, that idea grew into a network of mastermind groups, workshops, coaching sessions, and events designed to help people feel less isolated, more in control, and backed by a community that genuinely gets it.
I’m deeply passionate about creating affordable and accessible spaces where business owners can feel supported, inspired and understood. I work with people who care about their clients, value connection over competition, and are open to learning – not just about business, but about themselves.
I love that I now have the time, knowledge, and skills to help business owners do things their way.
I am a big believer in surrounding yourself with the right people, building something sustainable, and doing business in a way that feels good – with support, clarity, and purpose.
It’s not about the chase or the hustle culture. It’s all about building better businesses, and actually enjoying the ride.
