Code of Conduct

Tammy doesn’t have a lot of hard and fast rules, but she is pretty protective of her community and does expect certain behaviours

  • We are inclusive. Members are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion. We won’t tolerate  and will refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behaviour and speech
  • We don’t spam each other or do hard sells. This is a business support group, not a direct networking group. Please refrain from actively pushing participants to attend networking groups; direct selling; or spamming each other without express permission.
  • We are mindful of others. Please contribute to the conversation, but be mindful of giving other participants the opportunity and time to speak at the meetings too.
  • We are kind. Members are considerate, respectful, supportive, honest and collaborative.
  • We are confidential. All discussions at the Table are to be treated confidentially and information discussed is not to be shared outside of meetings without that members approval.

Consequences of Unacceptable Conduct

Anyone asked to cease unacceptable conduct is expected to comply immediately. If a member engages in unacceptable conduct, Tammy has the right to cancel their membership without warning or refund.

Tammy's Customer Journey workshop was fun, practical and focused on giving me an outcome in the form of a working document to guide streamlining our processes.

Tammy's Table has quietly become one of my favourite parts of the month. It’s not just about business chats, it’s the conversations, the laughs, the honesty, and being in a room where everyone genuinely wants to see each other do well. I always walk away feeling re-energised and ready to get things done. Just good people, real conversations, and so much encouragement. Thank you, Tammy Edwards, for creating such a wonderful community!
