Orange Tree Property was created out of a love of property, initially mainly focused on renovations/flips, land sub-division and development and managing our own residential and commercial properties.
Seeing the need grow for affordable, quality accommodation Orange Tree Property took on Room by Room Property Management, also know as a Share House or Rooming Accomodation.
We pride ourselves on providing quality, safe and affordable accommodation to individuals. They may be priced out of the very tight rental market, work contracts, Work Visa's or in between commitments.
Share Accommodation provides fully furnished rooms that allows residents to feel secure in a space where they can feel comfortable at home and reduce their cost of living to allow them to save and prepare for future opportunities.
Share Accomodation has furnished communal spaces providing opportunities for the creation of communities, connection and making new friendships, reducing loneliness, reducing the cost of living and the environmental footprint.
Orange Tree Property converts and set-ups an investors property to provide increased rental return while helping more individuals secure quality accomodation.

Running a business can be tough and lonely. But ever since I joined Tammy's Table, things have changed for the better. I've met some awesome fellow business owners who get the highs, lows, and the craziness of this business adventure. They've shared their wisdom and advice with me, which has been super helpful since I'm fairly new to all of this. Our monthly meetups are a blast. We have a lot of fun and laugh a ton. Tammy, our host, is fantastic. She brings tasty morning snacks, keeps our discussions interesting, and I always learn something valuable. I usually leave with great ideas to share with my team.

Tammy’s Table has helped me become more confident in my Business and more aware of how other Businesses operate. Each month I look forward to hearing how each member is doing in their business and not only their achievements but also their struggles. Tammy’s Table has helped me understand that I am not alone and being your own boss isn’t as scary as I thought it would be.
