I've worked in State & Local Government for 20 years in Environmental Health and particularly, Food Safety and Auditing. I'm passionate about helping food businesses to improve their systems and processes and specialise in assisting high-risk food businesses serving food to vulnerable people, including hospitals, aged care & delivered meals organisations.
