There are times in our lives when we need someone to bear witness to our experiences—to listen deeply to our stories, both joyful and painful.
I am a psychotherapist and take great pride in my compassionate, person-centred approach, uniquely tailored to each client’s needs.
I welcome adult clients who are seeking an empathic listener while they unpack their stories and cultivate meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
I offer Walk and Talk Therapy in the leafy Adelaide Hills around the village of Stirling, as well as by the ocean at Glenelg North, SA.
I also provide traditional in-room sessions in Stirling and Glenelg, along with online therapy.
Clients come to me to work through a wide range of concerns, including:

My work is sex-positive and weight-neutral.
As a size-inclusive health provider, I offer respectful, affirming therapy focused on wellbeing, self-compassion, and lived experience rather than weight or appearance.
Drawing on my lived experience and specialist training, I support clients to explore their relationship with their bodies and intimacy with care and curiosity, helping them feel more at ease, confident, and at home within themselves.
Where helpful, I integrate mindfulness-based approaches, intuitive eating principles, and gentle, attuned movement to support body neutrality and trust.
I integrate a range of psychotherapy modalities, including:
