So I have been in business for over 17 years (since 2008).
My business has expanded, shrunk and evolved a lot over those years reflecting:
- Changes in my health (chronic kidney disease for 25 years and a transplant recipient in June 2025)
- Growth of my mindset and self confidence
- My ever deepening understanding of what lights me up or what Simon Sinek says "My Why".
What is "My Why" you ask?

Helping them focus on what matters to them (career, business, family) by taking on the necessary but oh so mundane time-consuming life admin tasks. Like:
- Errand running (repairs, charity drops, buying/picking up items, mail pick ups etc)
- Dealing with tradespeople (Getting quotes, meeting tradespeople on site)
- Computer tasks (research subjects, sourcing items, creating /updating documents)
- Dealing with paperwork (shredding, filing, setting up document systems)
To helping them save money and get every penny owed to them year after year by:
- Comparison of your current utilities, mobile, internet and insurance bills to see if you can get a better deal.
- Sourcing the best value and highly rated product and services
- Getting items repaired rather than buying new ones
- Claiming product refunds and medical refunds by making sure items are returned or filling in claim forms in a timely manner.
- Doing your budget and getting rid of subscriptions you no longer use, show you ways you can save without sacrificing lifestyle.
