Astute Building Construction & Development facilitates the journey of new home construction. I am the Principal, and work with you within this new concept for builder selection process.
- Find or advise re land for construction
- Recommend from panel of 15 builders
- Meet the builder together
- Complete sketch & council process
- Present contracts and start project
This journey can start with my assistance in locating land, advisory for land you have found, or just the technical matters of how the build on the land and staging the site for construction. I then consider of the 15 builders on my panel, who would best suit you. This would be based on specification, location, timing, (very important), capability and of course budget. So the builder recommended needs to capable and willing to build in your area, to budget, and on time, as best they can. I do all this together, and then we visit this recommended builder for face to face Q&A before a decision is made.
I then assist with all the process up to and including contract. Then the builder does their thing. I remain there for you, during the build process, and to share a glass of wine or bubbles at the handover.

Running a business can be tough and lonely. But ever since I joined Tammy's Table, things have changed for the better. I've met some awesome fellow business owners who get the highs, lows, and the craziness of this business adventure. They've shared their wisdom and advice with me, which has been super helpful since I'm fairly new to all of this. Our monthly meetups are a blast. We have a lot of fun and laugh a ton. Tammy’s Table has helped me become more confident in my Business and more aware of how other Businesses operate.
