The Challenge
Rachel Sharp is the founder of The Little Oak Studio, specialising in capturing precious family moments through stunning newborn and family photography. When Rachel first met Tammy, she had just taken a major step by opening her own studio in Ridgehaven and was ready to grow her business. However, she faced several challenges:
- Navigating business growth after moving into a commercial space
- Managing everything independently without systems or procedures
- Lacking clarity and confidence in her business direction
- Struggling to balance her roles as a business owner, wife, and mother of
four
The Outcome
Working with Tammy has been transformative for Rachel, providing her with clarity, confidence, and practical strategies to grow her business. Tammy’s support has helped Rachel put systems in place, recognise her worth, and prepare her business for future growth.
Key results include:
- Implementing systems and procedures to manage operations efficiently
- Gaining confidence to run her business on her terms
- Preparing to take on staff to enable further expansion
- Building a strong sense of community and support through Tammy’s
Table - Balancing her business with her family life and seeing the potential to
earn a sustainable wage
Don’t just take my word for it!
Here’s a taste of what others have to say.
Tammy's Customer Journey workshop was fun, practical and focused on giving me an outcome in the form of a working document to guide streamlining our processes.
Fabulous insightful session with the wonderful Tammy Edwards. Mapping out our Customer Journey, allowing our customers to receive prompt, attentive nurturing services whilst streamlining these processes to provide more efficiency for our business.
Tammy's Table has quietly become one of my favourite parts of the month. It’s not just about business chats, it’s the conversations, the laughs, the honesty, and being in a room where everyone genuinely wants to see each other do well. I always walk away feeling re-energised and ready to get things done. Just good people, real conversations, and so much encouragement. Thank you, Tammy Edwards, for creating such a wonderful community!
