Naomi Woodstock
My husband and I started our own plumbing business at the end of 2015 and it has grown and changed a lot over the years. His plumbing experience spans over 25 years.
I took on the bookwork, with my husband allergic to computers and my role grew as the business did. I moved into more business management with an admin assistant helping, but as our kids are growing and my assistant is slowing wrapping up to retire, I will gradually take all admin back on. Our business is going through a bit of a shake up currently and we are finding a new position to settle into after years of being busy for the sake of being busy.
We do a lot of new build plumbing for multiple builders but also take on smaller maintenance jobs, renovations, stormwater, rainwater tanks, septic systems and have experience in civil projects also.
We are currently based just outside of Williamstown but work all over SA.
I have a teaching background and have jumped in and out of this around the business, in more recent years and as well as having our 5 children.
I am looking forward to continue to develop our business and grow in my knowledge and skills from a management perspective with the help of Tammy’s Table.
Don’t just take my word for it!
Here’s a taste of what others have to say.
Tammy's Customer Journey workshop was fun, practical and focused on giving me an outcome in the form of a working document to guide streamlining our processes.
Fabulous insightful session with the wonderful Tammy Edwards. Mapping out our Customer Journey, allowing our customers to receive prompt, attentive nurturing services whilst streamlining these processes to provide more efficiency for our business.
Tammy's Table has quietly become one of my favourite parts of the month. It’s not just about business chats, it’s the conversations, the laughs, the honesty, and being in a room where everyone genuinely wants to see each other do well. I always walk away feeling re-energised and ready to get things done. Just good people, real conversations, and so much encouragement. Thank you, Tammy Edwards, for creating such a wonderful community!
