So I have been in business for over 17 years (since 2008).

My business has expanded, shrunk and evolved a lot over those years reflecting:

• Changes in my health (chronic kidney disease for 25 years and a transplant recipient in June 2025)

• Dealing with paperwork (shredding, filing, setting up document systems)

• Getting items repaired rather than buying new ones
•  Claiming product refunds and medical refunds by making sure items are returned or filling in claim forms in a timely manner.
• Doing your budget and getting rid of subscriptions you no longer use, show you ways you can save without sacrificing lifestyle.
