After 25 years owning and operating 15 businesses across hospitality and professional services, I’m deeply familiar with what it means to be the one everyone counts on. From opening my first venue in my twenties to running businesses with teams, leases, partners and risk that doesn’t stop when the doors close.
Today, I work as a private advisor to founders, consultants, principals, medical specialists and senior professionals who are navigating complex business decisions and want to challenge themselves to think at a higher level. I bring a grounded understanding of both the commercial realities and the personal weight of leading a business.
Clients who work with me are dealing with a lot. And they’re ready for sharper judgement.
My role is to challenge thinking in the right way: to cut through noise, surface what’s real and help people make decisions they can stand behind.
There’s no program to follow and no agenda to push.
The work is conversational, direct and grounded in what’s actually happening in the business and in the person leading it.
Outside of work, I spend time in nature skiing, hiking, golfing(badly) and sailing. These environments create natural perspective, something I deliberately draw on when helping clients meet complex decisions with steadiness and range.
