Hi, my name is Ilona and I’m the behind-the-scenes office chick at Caprice Cars—your go-to chauffeur company where promptness, reliability, professionalism, and safety aren't just buzzwords, they’re our daily standard.
While our drivers are out on the road delivering five-star service, I’m the one keeping the wheels turning smoothly from the office. From handling bookings and coordinating schedules to managing customer service, driver logistics and all things finance (that's a loose term but makes me sound even more important), I’m your first point of contact—and usually your favorite one (just saying).
Whether you’re calling to arrange a last-minute airport transfer, need help customizing a corporate account, or want to make sure your VIP arrives on time and in style, I’m the one picking up the phone. You won’t get a machine. You won’t get passed around. You’ll get me.
And yes—we also do everyone’s favourite pastime: wine tasting. Whether it’s a girls’ day out, a birthday celebration, or just because you deserve it (you do), we’ll get you there and back safely and in style.
All our drivers are insured, registered. police cleared and accredited which simply means have all our paperwork sorted. up to date and are safe to travel with.
I take pride in ensuring everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes so that our clients can enjoy a seamless, stress-free ride—every single time. Our team may be on the road, but I’m the engine in the office, making sure every detail is covered with care.

Oh and don't worry ... I'm not one of the drivers so you will get to where you need to safely and on time .... not driving around the Bunnings carpark trying to find the exit!
