I'm Donna Adams, and I help community service leaders, business owners, and their teams thrive — without burning out.
With over 20 years of leadership experience and a powerful toolkit that blends neuroscience, NLP, coaching, and leadership training, I specialise in helping high-achievers break through the mindset blocks that hold them back — think self-doubt, overwhelm, people-pleasing, burnout, decision fatigue, and imposter syndrome.
I work with leaders, CEOs, and business owners across aged care, disability, NDIS, and community services who are navigating rapid growth, team challenges, and constant change. My approach is strategic, supportive, and deeply practical.
As a Business Mentor for the Adelaide Business Hub – Women in Business Program, the South Australian Business Chamber, and the Southern Business Mentoring Program, I support small to medium business owners across sectors to fast-track results, strengthen mindset, and grow sustainable, successful businesses — without sacrificing wellbeing.
Through coaching, workshops, and my signature Leaders Circles, I help my clients shift from chaos to clarity, from stress to strategy, and from exhaustion to empowered leadership.
