Neill Piddock
Moving house can be an amazing experience or a total nightmare. One of the top 3 most stressful things people do in their lives but quite often, a completely underestimated process that without good planning can go wrong quickly.
Complete Removals have moved over 30,000 people in the last 20 years and currently move about 50 people per week on average . With our focus on people first, profit second, our intention and primary focus is that anyone who interacts with our business receives a truely moving experience.
We run a fleet of 10 trucks with approx. 20-25 removalists.
About Neill
Born and raised in Northern Ireland just outside Belfast, I moved to Australia in 2013 in search of a better life. I started in WA where I lived a FIFO/backpacker lifestyle for 6 months. After this I accidentally ended up in Adelaide where I quickly got work in removals. The plan was to work for a bit to top up the bank account to move on to the east coast however Long story short, I met a girl, she's now my wife, we have a beautiful 2 year old girl together and now I'm not allowed to leave.
I've worked in sales in this industry for almost 10 years now and started working for Complete Removals in 2016.
In July 2024 I took up the mantle of General manager, looking after a team of about 25-30 team members. Our mission is to put the heart back into business and create truly moving experiences that plant seeds of kinship and positive potential in the hearts of those whom we serve; customers and employees alike.
Don’t just take my word for it!
Here’s a taste of what others have to say.
Tammy's Customer Journey workshop was fun, practical and focused on giving me an outcome in the form of a working document to guide streamlining our processes.
Fabulous insightful session with the wonderful Tammy Edwards. Mapping out our Customer Journey, allowing our customers to receive prompt, attentive nurturing services whilst streamlining these processes to provide more efficiency for our business.
Tammy's Table has quietly become one of my favourite parts of the month. It’s not just about business chats, it’s the conversations, the laughs, the honesty, and being in a room where everyone genuinely wants to see each other do well. I always walk away feeling re-energised and ready to get things done. Just good people, real conversations, and so much encouragement. Thank you, Tammy Edwards, for creating such a wonderful community!
