Hi! I'm Tamika. I'm 35 and LOVE what I do!
I created Spread Your Wings Support to support people, with empathy and understanding. I have a passion for supporting people to find their passion in life and to reach their goals, and full potential.
With personal experience, being neurodivergent myself, and two children who are ND, I truly understand the difficulties faced by parents, and those you may experience in life. With 15 years of experience providing support to people with disabilities and mental health, I have developed a sound knowledge and skillset of empathy and respect for people I support. Additionally, clinical knowledge from a past life as an Enrolled Nurse has helped me to understand diagnoses and support individuals as a Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach.
I am passionate about empowering women and mothers to take charge of their lives. I provide mindset coaching as well as disability and psychosocial support to individuals.
Additionally, I am a practitioner specializing in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Hypnotherapy. I take pride in continuously expanding my knowledge and skills, as self-improvement plays a crucial role in my personal development. Providing a wholistic approach of extensive support, Reiki healing, and transformative Hypnotherapy.
I am excited for this journey and the future of Spread Your Wings Support Services, and the new and expanding Wellbeing Hub - in Gawler.
