Tania Cavaiuolo
I’m Tania, the Certified Practising Marketer who came up with The Accidental Marketer at 3 am one morning for small businesses in that tricky stage, when you need more expertise but aren’t ready to hire someone in a dedicated marketing role. I offer coaching, workshops and other programs that give ‘somebody-had-to-do-it’ non-marketers the skills and confidence to keep running their marketing (just more strategically).
I’ve been helping business owners sharpen their strategy and build marketing know-how for more than 20 years. I’ve led national marketing teams and mentored early-career marketers through UniSA and the Australian Marketing Institute. And since founding See Marketing & Communications in 2016 (where I spend most of my time), I’ve helped dozens of organisations achieve their goals through on-call retainer support and special projects when DIY wasn’t enough.
People describe me as easy to work with and great at generating ideas on the fly. I often spot opportunities others miss and turn scattergun effort into focused actions that build lasting marketing impact.
If you’re looking to work with someone who knows her stuff and can connect your marketing activities with your bigger business goals, you’ve found her.
Curious? Ask me anything.
Don’t just take my word for it!
Here’s a taste of what others have to say.
Tammy's Customer Journey workshop was fun, practical and focused on giving me an outcome in the form of a working document to guide streamlining our processes.
Fabulous insightful session with the wonderful Tammy Edwards. Mapping out our Customer Journey, allowing our customers to receive prompt, attentive nurturing services whilst streamlining these processes to provide more efficiency for our business.
Tammy's Table has quietly become one of my favourite parts of the month. It’s not just about business chats, it’s the conversations, the laughs, the honesty, and being in a room where everyone genuinely wants to see each other do well. I always walk away feeling re-energised and ready to get things done. Just good people, real conversations, and so much encouragement. Thank you, Tammy Edwards, for creating such a wonderful community!
