The Art of Expression is a counselling and art therapy private practice.
As a therapy service provider, one of our core values is being person-focused. We recognise that each of our clients is unique, and we strive to understand their experiences and perspectives in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. We understand that it can be difficult to share personal issues. That is why we create a safe and supportive space where our clients can feel heard, validated, and respected.
Our therapists are trained to listen actively and attentively to our clients, and to ask questions that help gain a deeper understanding of their concerns and challenges. We recognise that therapy is a collaborative process, and we work together with our clients to create personalised therapy goals that are tailored to their specific needs and goals. Whether our clients are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal issues, or other mental health concerns, we are committed to providing them with the therapeutic support they need to overcome their challenges and improve their overall well-being.
At The Art of Expression, we offer a variety of therapies, programs and workshops that are unique in their approach to improving mental health and well-being. Our services cater to individuals of all ages, starting from 6 years old and expanding to both teens and adults.
We provide services for small businesses such as EAP, well-being workshops and supervision.
