I am a Master Coach and Therapist supporting women to heal from stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, and emotional wounds, guiding them to rediscover their strength, reconnect with their soul, and reclaim their power.
At Soul Essence ~ Therapy & Life Coaching, I offer deeply transformational one-on-one programs using NLP, Time Line Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and holistic coaching. My signature program, The Emotional Wellness Program, delivers fast, lasting results by addressing the root causes of emotional pain and bringing clarity, peace, and joy back into women’s lives.
My ideal client is a heart-centred woman who gives so much to others but is now ready to prioritise herself. She’s self-aware, open to healing, and willing to invest in real transformation. With my support, my clients experience life-changing breakthroughs, creating emotional freedom that positively ripples through their families, careers, and relationships.
I am passionate about helping women align with their Divine Feminine energy, live from their truth, and feel empowered in every area of life.
